A hereditary autosomal dominant devleopmental disorder characterized by macrodontia of the upper central INCISORS, distinctive craniofacial findings, short stature, skeletal anomalies, and neurologic involvement that includes global developmental delay, SEIZURES; and INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY.
